Mr. Miller has successfully led the closing of over 50 transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. His professional experience includes serving as the Presiding Officer for the Texas Emerging Technology Fund for the State of Texas and leading accretive transactions and exits when in the role of President and/or CEO. David has a widely diverse background exemplified by transactions in many sectors including: agriculture, life sciences, engineering, telecommunications, SAAS, oil and gas, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and health care. David earned his Juris Doctor and MBA degrees from Texas Tech University.
Mr. Beierschmitt has served in numerous executive level positions and has been directly involved with several successful company exits ranging from $50M to over $4B. This experience ranges from negotiations, tax strategy, due diligence and deal structuring. Kevin has served in roles ranging from Chairman, CEO and President. Kevin is an active owner in 19 privately held companies some of which he founded. These companies are involved in real estate investments, property and casualty insurance, farming and ranching, clean energy, personal care services, artificial intelligence and retail sales. Kevin graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance/ Accounting from Texas A&M University College Station, Texas in 1991 and is a Certified Public Accountant.Kevin is currently a telecommunications advisor for Point 72 Venture capital and also serves as an advisor for Cost Containment LLC in property tax negotiations.
Connor was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University, double majoring in Energy Commerce and Business Management. Throughout college Connor ran an online E-Commerce business and heavily invested in Real Estate, from buy and hold’s to flips. Upon graduation Connor entered the Oil and Gas industry as a Landman. It’s here that Connor gained experience in contracts, negotiations, acquisitions, and divestments. After departing from Oil & Gas, Connor served as Vice President of Acquisitions for a real estate brokerage transacting in a wide range of real estate across Texas, some of which including operational businesses. It was at this point Connor and his colleagues realized the lack of brokerages specifically catering to operating businesses. An entrepreneur at heart, Connor loves taking a deal from cradle to grave, evaluating deals from every angle and collaboratively developing creative solutions that best benefit all parties.
Daniel began his professional career as a FireFighter and spent 7 years in the industry before shifting focus to real estate sales and investing full time. While holding the title of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at his brokerage, Daniel played a pivotal role in facilitating a multitude of commercial real estate transactions of all different sectors. The cumulative result amounted to over 1,000 doors with a production value of 120 MM. Daniel has extensive experience with many different deal types and structures.
Zane was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He attended Texas Tech University where he received a degree in Business Management. After graduation, Zane spent a brief time working in commercial construction before moving back to Lubbock to begin a career selling Construction equipment. Zane spent his free time buying and investing in real estate regionally. Ultimately, chasing his passion he scratched his entrepreneurial itch and made the jump full time to real estate and angel investing. Since switching, Zane has handled and assisted in 100+ MM in commercial real estate transactions in various forms from large multi family properties, retail strips, raw land, operating hotels, as well as many other asset classes. Zane has also assisted in multiple business brokerage transactions in the last two years that started an excitement for assisting business owners find an exit or creative solution for the future of their company.
Tyler Sturdivant attended Texas Tech University where he received his B.B.A. in Finance in 2017. Upon graduation Tyler began a career at McDonald Capital Management, a $250 Million+ Registered Investment Advisory. Tyler is currently the Senior Portfolio Manager for McDonald Capital Management overseeing the investment strategy for all accounts. Tyler earned his CFA Charter from the CFA Institute in 2020. Tyler also serves as General Partner to the MCM CCP/Baypine Fund, LP and the Islay Multifactor Fund, LP - a private equity and hedge fund, respectively.
